These hats are “Samples”, or pre-production mock-ups. Some patterns were made for retail sale, others are in familiar patterns but in unusual colors. Still others you’ve probably never seen before. I can’t guarantee it, but I’m pretty confident you’ll be the only one on your block sporting one. Six panels with a low crown and curved brim, constructed to hold its shape. Cotton front (brim, crown) and Polyester mesh backing. Will fade very nicely with some exposure to the sun and water. Light-weight, durable and quick drying. Perfect for those occasions where your head might get wet – swimming, sailing, boating, fishing, etc. Sewn-in eyelets to keep you from blowing your top. Adjustable (Velcro or plastic snapback strap, see pics.) and Unisex - fits normal-sized heads. As your head grows simply adjust the back.
