Small Goth Steampunk Mad Hatter Tea Party Victorian Top Hat

Dark Gray with black highlights, this small top hat attaches with very thin metal headband that easily conceals in your hair.  Measurements approximately  4.00" inches across the top, 3.25" at base of pipe. The rim is 6.50" unfurled, with it furled is measures approximately 6.25" Height is approximately 4" Pictured on a full size mannequin head.
Center front is pocket watch flanked on left by a teapot and teacup on beaded stick pins. It has a black ruffle band with a feather embellishment and a 10/6 price tag on the right side. A glitter poof on back finishes this cute little hat.  Very light weight.   **** Not exactly what you had in mind????
