One of the most beloved characters on South Park is Mr. Garrison. He's a little crazy and likes to talk through his puppet Mr. Hat.
This officially licensed South Park Comedy Central 8" plush is from 1998.
The item is in good condition for a 25 year old plush. The only flaw is that the vinyl coating on the shoes is starting to flake off. But most of the coating is still in place. This is the most common flaw with these South Park plushes. I have taken 2 close-up pictures of the front and back of the shoes and put them among the listing photos.
