RARE 1980s/1990s Green Bay Packers CIRCULAR CHEESEHEAD HAT Head

ITEM: Very rare CIRCULAR cheesehead hat! In 1987 the traditional wedge-shaped cheesehead hat was invented and has been sported by Green Bay Packers fans ever since. But in the ensuing 35 years, there have been some variations on the traditional shape. This hat dates to the very end of the 1980s or the beginning of the 1990s and is a circular wheel of cheese with a wedge missing. It was manufactured by the Head Cheese Company (imprinted inside the hat—please see photos) and also has the trademarked phrase "Official Sports Fan" imprinted in the missing wedge area (again, see photos). The hat is made of a very dense foam that appears to have been made via injection molding. This hat is HUGE and measures 14.5" in diameter and a little over 5" tall. CONDITION: The cheesehead hat has no tears or missing chunks of foam. There are some small places on the bottom where you can see where air bubbles popped during the manufacturing process, and there is another by the Official Sports Fan imprint in the missing wedge. There is some light soiling to this hat commensurate with age. I have made no attempt to clean this hat and will leave all such efforts to the buyer.
