Antique Edwardian Hat 1900 Mourning With Wire FramChantilly Lace And

A lovely Antique Victorian 1890s to very early 1900s Wide black velvet hat with underside of brim in a lovely gold gorgeous hat. The gorgeous feathers are accented with lovely rhinestone completes this wonderful piece of history. . Inside circumference measures 22 1/2" with a crown height of 4". Brim measures 12" x 14". A great antique hat in original condition that I bought it in. I do as little restoration as possible to maintain the integrity of the piece but enough to make it a viable piece to wear and use. I'm sure it has lots of history....If only it could talk!
